Directions: Massage one pad onto damp skin using gentle circular motions for 1-3 minutes.  Rinse thoroughly. Use once daily or as tolerated. Avoid the eye area. Follow with toner, serum, and moisturizer. Optional: Leave on for at least 30 minutes, up to overnight, depending on your skin's preference, and wear it as a mask. Please note that each pad has one soft side and one more exfoliating side.
